Experience the benefits of conscious breathing. This course teaches techniques to improve awareness of the breath and its unifying role in your physical, mental and spiritual health. Studies have shown breathwork can improve energy, sleep, and promote a sense of calm and joy as you approach your day. If possible please bring a yoga mat, a small pillow or blanket.
