This multi-session nutrition series explores a different wellness focus in each class, providing participants with practical, easy-to-apply knowledge. Each session builds confidence in making informed food choices through teaching on the latest information, discussion, real-life examples, and simple strategies.

The series concludes with an interactive cooking demonstration and food sampling, allowing participants to see healthy concepts in action and taste how nutritious meals can be both simple and delicious.

Each class is free; registration is required for class preparation.
