Gentle yin Yoga!
Gentle Yin Yoga is a slow-paced, all-levels yoga class designed to help participants start the week with calm, balance, and relaxation. The class focuses on gentle, longer-held stretches primarily done on the mat, allowing time to release tension, reduce stress, and improve flexibility and joint mobility. Yin Yoga encourages stillness, mindfulness, and breath awareness, offering a quiet space to unwind from daily stress and become more present.
This class is suitable for beginners and all ages, and is especially beneficial for those seeking stress relief, relaxation, and a gentle approach to overall wellness. Modifications will be offered so participants can practice comfortably and safely.
*Participants are encouraged to bring their own mat! A limited number of mats will be available for those that may need one.
