Mind in Bloom: A Mental Health Series
Powhatan Parks & Recreation along with the Virginia Department of Health present a comprehensive mental health program designed to support emotional well-being through education, self-awareness, and practical skill-building. This program recognizes that mental health is shaped by our relationships, daily habits, physical health, and inner awareness. Through our four focused classes: Social Isolation and Loneliness, Lifestyle and Nutrition, Youth Mental Health, and Mindfulness and Meditation, participants will gain tools to strengthen resilience, foster connection, and build sustainable well-being.

All classes will be at the Pocahontas Landmark Center Training Room
