This course teaches techniques to improve awareness of the breath and its unifying role in your physical, mental and spiritual health. Studies have shown breathwork can improve energy, sleep, and promote a sense of calm and joy as you approach your day. If possible please bring a yoga mat, a small pillow or blanket.

After School Hoops - After School Hoops - Open Gym Basketball Meet up at the PLC gym after school on Mondays and Wednesdays during the school year for a pick-up game with friends. This time is reserved for basketball only. There are six basketball hoops on one full-size court. Games can be split into half-court for multiple games. Pickleball Open Gym - Winter Indoor Pickeball Pickleball Open Gym is offered at Pocahontas Landmark Center Gym on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00am to 12:00pm. Three indoor courts are available for play on a first come, first served basis. Players can purchase a Pickleball Play Pass, which includes 10 sessions for $25.00. Passes do not expire. Visitors have the option to pay a daily drop-in fee of $3.00 if they do not wish to purchase a pass.
