Led by a certified GroupEx Instructor through ACE (American Council on Exercise), this program blends the fun of dance with the benefits of aerobic conditioning. Each class is choreographed to high-energy music, designed to keep you motivated while improving cardiovascular endurance, coordination, and overall fitness.

- Dates: Every other Tuesday and Thursday, January–March: 1/6, 1/8, 1/20, 1/22, 2/3, 2/5, 2/17, 2/19, 3/3, 3/5, 3/17.
